I highly recommend Dr. Boghani. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She listens and asks thorough questions. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and helping her patients. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

My wife and I visited Target Optical in Jersey City today for our annual eye check‑up, and once again had a wonderful experience. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and the team consistently delivers excellent care. This was our first time meeting Dr. Ravi, and his examination was extremely thorough. He took the time to explain our eye health in detail, which we truly appreciated. Our experience with optician Amy was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable about insurance plans, patient, and down‑to‑earth. She guided us through frame selection and lens options from their large collection, making the process easy and enjoyable. Overall, we had one of our best visits — just as we always do at Target Optical Jersey City.

I had a great experience at Target Optical! The staff Xenin and Sherif were friendly, professional, and very patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses without making rush and everything was explained clearly. The store was clean, well organized, and the service was efficient from start to finish. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service!

I had my second annual eye exam here and the exam itself was fine. The man who assisted me with purchasing the glasses was great. That’s where the two stars were earned. When I came to pick my glasses up I asked if they could make them a little tighter to fit my face. I was told sure and the man took my glasses. When he gave them back to me to try on they fit ridiculously. Instead on them coming in so they would be tighter on my head he pulled them further apart and rounded the tips in. So much so one of the lenses no longer fits properly in the lens. When I showed him and explained I wanted them tighter not rounded I was told that’s how they tighten them and there was nothing else they could do. So aside from it being a complete waste of time and money and just sit in the case collecting dust and I’m forced to use my old prescription. Just a very sad experience because I was excited for my new glasses.
