- VLVictoria LeeSep 7, 20265.0I've been coming to this studio since covid. They were nice enough to pause my membership until quarantine ended ❤️ The instructors are lovely and consistent, and I appreciate that they have morning, sometimes noon, and several evening classes. If church is for sinners, I am the congregation; I consistently make 1 class a month, maybe 2 if I'm motivated. Once in a while, we will hit 1 class per week. But this is the only exercise that has survived a decade of fiercely culling movement out of my life. I honestly can't tell you why. I go in buzzing and tense and come out sore and grounded... I stray from the path and get lazy but then I know it's always there when I want to become healthier again. I prefer Classic. It is less cardio intensive, and it's my primary source of muscle building/maintaining. I can also attest that if you actually go 3 times a week for a month, you come out with visible muscles and you go down 1.5 pant sizes. I did that for exactly one month, to my absolute joy. Sore in the good way for a day or two after. Worth it.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive - gathering my name and giving me a tour of the studio. The class was great - both challenging and easy to follow along. The instructor was present and helped patrons in the class and was easy to understand. As a whole, the studio is clean and offers a lot of great athletics clothing for sale, as well as really cute sticky socks for class. Highly recommend this studio. Thanks for having me!

The instructors are friendly and enthusiastic and provide real-time corrections to keep you healthy and challenged. Choreography changes regularly so never the same class twice. Class variability allows you to mix in cardio, strength training, and stretching. Highly recommend!
