  Dr. Monika was one of the worst doctors I have ever dealt with. She was rude, dishonest, and showed zero respect or compassion. The payment dispute only proved how unprofessional this place really is. I would never recommend Pain and Disability Institute to anyone.

  Both Dr Ariz and Dr. Monica are amazing doctors and really helped my pain. But I moved to South Jersey and I cannot get them to release any records to new pain doctors. I could really use some assistance on this please. Thank you!

  A real polite and they take care of you you know they look out for your better interest for real other than just pain meds whatever they got everything there that you need if you say it's about getting covered they got everything in there for real

  My Time A t Doctor..Has Been Helpful..An The Doctors and practitioners and techniciansare great.. But the receptionist an Great ..the people up front and back are the best..Also the therapists are great also..
