  Juana at the Newport mall LensCrafters was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to walk me through my benefits, making sure I understood every detail and maximized my coverage. Her attention to detail was impeccable—she triple-checked my order to ensure everything processed smoothly. On top of that, she was incredibly easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free.

  So This is my local glasses shop, been coming here for almost 10yrs and continue to do so only cause its the closest to my job and I get out late, the service here is consistently bad like every other time I show up, most recently I came and wanted to purchase meta glasses using my insurance/HSA card which I've done without issue in the past, however this time I wanted to purchase the glasses frame only, the receptionist said I couldn't do so without adding a prescription to them, this is not how my insurance works I can buy whatever frame I want and use my card to cover the difference, she was then insisting I could not do this so I walked away, afterwords I was like let me see if I try online, I went to lenscrafters dot com and look at that, purchased it without issue and paid the way I want without prescriptions, This is such a horrible experience as a loyal long time customer, like do u get commissions on lenses only is that why she was pushing them so hard? as an employee wouldn't you still want a frame purchase to go to your store instead of losing the sale all together? either way this was just the cherry on top of many bad experiences so I felt I finally had to leave a comment, now that being said there are a few good people working here but yea not cool.

She gave us true premium service: warm, amazingly welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Bryanna took the time to listen to what we needed, guided us with incredible patience, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. Her professionalism, great eye, and positive energy made all the difference. It's rare to come across someone who cares this much about their customers to be honest.
