The instructors do an amazing job creating motivating playlists and making everyone feel welcome, no matter their fitness level. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Booking classes is easy, and the overall atmosphere is supportive and positive. Since joining, I’ve felt stronger, more motivated, and I genuinely look forward to every ride. Highly recommend CycleBar Jersey City to anyone looking for a great workout and an amazing community!

Also, the online customer service/call center wasn’t very helpful when I reached out with questions. Hoping they improve in those areas.
