The instructors are all so welcoming and provide plenty of modifications to make you feel confident and comfortable with the movements. I am a mom of 2 little kids trying to stay healthy and strong, had to make many arrangements to be there. And just completely lost my time because of their RIDICULOS inflexible policy. The anti-goal for a fitness studio: don’t let people work out. So infuriating.
