  I'm a huge fan of the gym, the community, the teachers, overall well worth it! I'm losing weight every day and plan to stay for years to come. Infinite respect to Sam and team!!!

  I attended my first Alpha class, and at the beginning I felt a little scared and nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. However, those feelings quickly disappeared. It was a great class, and everyone was welcoming. I really enjoyed the different sections of the class. They kept the experience engagin. Overall, I had a positive experience and look forward to attending the next session.

  The best 45 minute class you can do with the best instructors, and a great culture. Could not recommend Alpha Fit more.

  This gym is hands-down the best part of my day! Casey’s energy is contagious and gets everyone pumped up from the moment class starts. Anthony always ends class with his “word of the day,” which leaves you feeling inspired and motivated. Moe’s enthusiasm is unmatched, John’s joyous personality lights up the room, and Elise is absolutely lovely and makes every interaction so warm and genuine. Alex is incredibly engaging, always making the experience fun and interactive. The front desk team is so welcoming—they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. I also love the personalized, encouraging messages from the coaches after class; they truly care about your progress and celebrate your wins. The workouts are challenging but so rewarding, and the coaches push you to do your best every single day. This is the place I look forward to going to every morning to start my day strong. Highly recommend it!
