  I'm a huge fan of the gym, the community, the teachers, overall well worth it! I'm losing weight every day and plan to stay for years to come. Infinite respect to Sam and team!!!

  I attended my first Alpha class, and at the beginning I felt a little scared and nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. However, those feelings quickly disappeared. It was a great class, and everyone was welcoming. I really enjoyed the different sections of the class. They kept the experience engagin. Overall, I had a positive experience and look forward to attending the next session.

  I'm obsessed with this gym! The classes are consistently unique and challenging, pushing me to new limits. The equipment is top-notch, especially the stylish threadmill. But what really sets this gym apart is the incredible music playlist and the staff who works here. It's the best I've experienced in any gym. Highly recommend! If you're not working out here, you're missing out!"

  The best! World class coaches, a challenging but rewarding circuit (that never repeats) and a spotless gym with an emphasis on cleaning the equipment for those coming next (super appreciated). 10/10.
