- JBjacob bandaMay 20, 20261.0I tried canceling my membership just one day into a new month. Most companies would simply refund the month or work with you. Instead, I was charged for that month and another full month because of a “30-day cancellation policy.” And that’s not even the part that really got me. If you walk in literally 3 minutes late to a class, you're not allowed in. Three minutes. Meanwhile, these classes aren’t exactly cheap. Pay full price, follow every rule perfectly, and if life happens by a few minutes — too bad. That combination just leaves a bad taste. Of course, if you'd like to make it right, please feel free to reach out anytime and refund the two months I was charged.

- SRShaindy RosingerJan 10, 20241.0Club Pilates is an awesome Pilates studio the instructors and classes are amazing. I can’t give more than 1 star because the manager at the Howell location is super rude and I was made to feel like I am wasting her time. The membership prices are very expensive and as a customer paying top dollar u would expect some decent customer service. What a shame that disrespectful behavior can ruin an experience.
- BLBrianna LiguoriJan 18, 20235.0Club Pilates has helped me to feel empowered and strong. I just joined last week and I’ve done 3 classes so far and I find myself walking out the door eagerly anticipating my next class. The staff is incredible. I’ve been incredibly anxious about doing exercise classes and these classes have changed my mindset entirely. I feel comfortable and competent in the classes and they are so fun. Really thankful to have these experiences and I look forward to making more!
