- JBjacob bandaMay 20, 20261.0I tried canceling my membership just one day into a new month. Most companies would simply refund the month or work with you. Instead, I was charged for that month and another full month because of a “30-day cancellation policy.” And that’s not even the part that really got me. If you walk in literally 3 minutes late to a class, you're not allowed in. Three minutes. Meanwhile, these classes aren’t exactly cheap. Pay full price, follow every rule perfectly, and if life happens by a few minutes — too bad. That combination just leaves a bad taste. Of course, if you'd like to make it right, please feel free to reach out anytime and refund the two months I was charged.
