I’ve been a member for 6 months now, by far the best most encouraging and supportive instructor for new members like me is Nathaly. She’s encouraging, friendly, and super easy to understand. Her pace is just right and there are lots of movement variation. I wish she had more slots available during the week. If you are new to Pilates this is your sign to take a class with Nathaly.

It was my first class booked with this studio. I was late for 10 mins and was not allowed to go to the class. I understand the policy and ask if I can just be marked as attended so I don’t need to pay for the missing class penalty (using ClassPass). The receptionist agreed. I also asked if it’s possible to get a makeup of this class, and receptionist said that she will check with the owner and I will receive an email update. I didn’t receive any email update and I got missing class penalty from ClassPass a few days later. The one star is for the bad customer service.
