  While the doctor and staff are very nice they are always running late. By more than 30 minutes. It’s very frustrating when you are taking off time during the work day.

  Dr Janis Jenkins at AudioNova is wonderful. She really listens and always goes the extra mile to make sure the Phonak hearing aids work their best. She follows up, asks questions, and never rushes you. She is warm, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor that makes every visit feel comfortable. Denise at the front desk is just as great. She keeps everything running smoothly and always greets you with a smile. The fresh cookies and coffee in the lobby are a nice touch and make the office feel welcoming the moment you walk in. AudioNova is a place where you feel cared for from the minute you arrive to the moment you leave.

  Great place, took my mother there, Doctor is very caring and patiently worked with my mother to learn putting it on. Explained clearly how to use the hearing aid. Highly recommended.

  Had a wonderful experience here. DR..Jenkins was amazing, she fixed my 99 year old mother's hearing aid. This hearing aid is old and no longer made DR.Jenkins had the parts and fixed while I waited.Go to the Hillsborough office and you will get great service.
