  Ashley and Holly were absolutely amazing. I lost my flipper and called the office the same day as a brand-new patient, and they still found a way to fit me in. They went above and beyond and stayed with me until 9 PM to make sure I left with a new flipper that night. Excellent service, extremely accommodating, and genuinely caring. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend this office.

  Great experience at Glenwood Dental. Had an emergency and broke my front tooth and they were able to get me in right away and Dr. Matt was able to fix it. He was efficient, and very professional. The front desk girls Kim & Kelsey are also the best, super kind & funny. Definitely recommend. 5 stars all the way.

  I am more than happy to write a review for Glenwood Premier Dental Group.First let me say I had the most wonderful experience at this practice. Everyone there was so pleasant,caring and extremely knowledgeable in their field. Dr Matt was just fantastic and so caring .I was extremely happy with my result. I cannot thank you enough,and I highly recommend going to this practice you will not regret it.Thank you once again.

  Amazing experience! I wish I could give Glenwood Premier Dental Group 10 stars! After having some bad dental work done at a previous dental office, I finally found a dentist and staff who provided exceptional care for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Matt to everyone who is looking for a trustworthy and highly professional dentist! During an initial consultation he did an honest and thorough oral examination. He did not recommend any unnecessary procedures unlike my previous dentist. He thoroughly explained all the procedures that had to be done to fix my teeth. He was very kind and answered all my questions. I had a fear of going to a dental office, but Dr. Matt and his assistant Dakota worked as a team and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I had an unexplained localized pain in my front tooth for months (it was caused by my previous dentist). But, Dr. Matt was able to fix the problem which I've been so grateful for! He is the best! Dr. Matt’s assistant Holly was wonderful! She took time preparing and polishing temporary crowns for my front teeth and quickly adjusted a high bite on the crowns upon my request. They felt so comfortable on my teeth. Holly also gently removed excess cement from the temporary crowns and gave me some recommendations after the procedure was over. The office manager explained all the procedures and fees listed in a treatment plan which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your outstanding work!

  Absolutely disgraceful experience. This dental group completely dropped the ball regarding my elderly neighbor’s dental care. He developed a severe infection and ultimately ended up in the hospital. When the practice was contacted about this serious situation, the office manager was dishonest, rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. There was no compassion, accountability, or appropriate concern for an elderly patient who suffered a medical emergency following dental treatment. Patients and their families deserve honesty, respect, and prompt attention—especially when a potentially dangerous infection is involved. Based on how this matter was handled, I would strongly caution others before trusting this practice with their dental care.
