From my first phone call to schedule the appointment, the receptionist was very nice and answered all my insurance and out of pocket costs. The staff here was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Dr. Pacheco who performed my exam was so sweet and answered any questions I had about my vision and performed a series of tests as well. When I was told I'd need prescription glasses for the first time, Barbra and Mark were the so helpful in finding the best glasses to suit not only my vision needs, but also my style preferences. I couldn't have asked for a better first impression of a medical office after bad experiences! Can't wait to see everyone again!
