From the equipment he has to his method of finding the correct vision needs for me, I’ve never had a better experience. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and knowledgeable and the tech who facilitated the preliminary tests was nice too.

The doctor was thorough. Everything was EXCELLENT and I highly recommend JT Eyecare and the entire team.

- KKKwrightJun 7, 20263.0It was never explained to me that i had the option of doing drops to dilate my son's eyes. The technician said the doctor highly suggest using a machine that would be able to see the nerves at the back of his eyes. The cost is not covered by most vision health insurance so you end up paying $39. However, as i learned is that this machine replaces the need to dilate the eyes. Unfortunately, they were not upfront about this information. It came off as a cash grab. Do not choose this option as it is not covered . Tell them you want the drops to avoid additional cost.
