  Martine is the caregiver for my sister. She is very attentive to my sister's needs. She is knowledgeable and my sister has developed a good rapport with her.

  We have been working with HomeWell for almost a year as they assist my 90+ father who lives in Independent living with my mom. We first got a caregiver when dad had periodic falls last year before moving to full time in early 2026 after he fractured his leg. First, I want to compliment our current caregiver, Christiana. Having her with my dad has let my parents remain in Independent Living and maintain a more active lifestyle than they would if moved to Assisted Living. She is very compassionate and patient with both of my parents and she provides the right balance of keeping an eye on my dad while also letting him push himself to stay active using his walker. My sister and I feel much more comfortable knowing that she is there with our parents. HomeWell has been a great resource throughout our time working together. Two examples - they went out of their way to educate me about a Veteran’s benefit that helps pay for his home health care. Second, they've been willing to work with me when we needed ad hoc assistance (had someone come when I couldn't be there to help set up a video conference call. Bottomline – getting older is not easy (for parents or the adult children). Having a company like HomeWell and caregivers like Christiana helps take some of the burden off our shoulders and provides comfort knowing our loved ones have the extra attention that they need.

  HomeWell took care of my mother at a very difficult time. I called them in a rush and they took care of everything in under an hour and relieved myself and my siblings of any headaches that would’ve occurred. The aide they sent Norma took care of my mother and treated her like she was a family member and was caring and attentive to every need. I will be forever grateful to Norma as she still calls me to this day to see how my family is doing. I have nothing but the best to say about HomeWell and Norma! I would recommend HomeWell to anyone that wants the best for a family member in very trying times! Thank you Norma for treating my mother with respect and dignity and treating her like a family member!

  Homewell had been an incredible resource for my family during a very challenging time. The full team has gone out of their way to ensure we were receiving the best possible care. From the day my father’s live in aide, Judith, arrived, we knew she was going to be wonderful. She is caring, patient and careful, jumping into a complex health situation with ease and love. We are truly forever grateful.
