  Great friendly staff who are here to help reach weight loss goals . I feel so comfortable going in . Weight loss is a topic many can feel vulnerable to talk about but they make it easy. Would recommend 100% .

  The majority of the staff and providers there are just wonderful. My only complaint is with the Nurse Practitioner, Lisa. I had two or three visits with her. She spends a lot of time telling me her resume which I never asked for her to tell me and she often makes comments on her religion and states how people are "good" because they go to church every Sunday. These conversations are completely unprovoked and I find her comments to be completely unprofessional and irrelevant to my visit. She spends more time talking about her multiple online degrees and selling me products that are not applicable to me than actually listening to my goals on weight loss or me as a patient. Fortunately there are multiple other providers I can ask to see whom have been just wonderful.

  I love this way of life. I couple this with intermittent fasting where I do not eat until 11 am and try to stop eating by 7pm. I have 13lbs since October 22,22 and that includes being a cruise. I would have given 5 stars or more if the Journal was not so bad. I pay for a separate app. If a company like WW or Carb Manager can provide free or cheap tracking apps that with the cost of this program Medi should be able to partner with one of these companie or create a new app. My health insurance carriers pay for my copay and B shots. The supplement are too high priced however the Protein shakes taste fantastic. You are not obligated to purchase their supplements. I highly recommend Medi Weightloss in Greenbrook NJ.
