  The staff was SO nice, helpful and provided great customer service. They have a huge selection of glasses and the store is bright and spacious. We’ll definitely be back!

  Staff is very friendly, doctor was great and takes her time to explain everything/answer any questions. I felt very comfortable here. Also a lot of glasses frames to pick from

  I don’t write a lot of reviews, but my experience at Warby Parker at Freehold Mall today was so positive that I felt it was important to take the time to recognize Madison and her manager, Isabel. From the moment I explained the problem I had experienced at another store, Madison treated me with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel like my issue mattered. Her approach immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Madison went above and beyond to help resolve my concerns, and what stood out most was the way she made me feel supported throughout the entire experience. She never made me feel like I was being difficult or that my situation was someone else’s problem. Instead, she was attentive, understanding, and committed to finding a solution. Isabel also deserves recognition for her professionalism and leadership. The way she supported Madison and helped ensure that I received the attention and assistance I needed speaks volumes about the kind of team they have created at this location. I’m writing this review because every customer should have the opportunity to experience the same level of respect, care, and support that I received today. Madison and Isabel reminded me that excellent customer service is not simply about completing a transaction it’s about listening to people, treating them with dignity, and making them feel valued. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me, and I hope Warby Parker recognizes what an outstanding job they are doing. Their professionalism and compassion turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that I genuinely appreciate. I encourage anyone who is looking for glasses to visit this location. You won’t be disappointed.
