- KAKimberly AlvarezOct 7, 20261.0Yesterday was my son first time in tinder smile for a cavity filling , the doctor was amazing during the whole process but towards the end , was the worst experience ever . As a 5 year old my son is curious on why his lip feels numb and he felt like he had a bump on his lips so he kept rubbing his lips together . So the assistant the first time said it nicely to not to do that because he can hurt his lip . Since he’s only 5 he’s just curious on why his lips feels like that. So the assistant I guess got annoyed that she repeatedly told him not to do that. that she ended up grabbing my son chin hard right in front of me that he cried . So as a mother that piss me off and told her to never do that ever again .Due to that situation my son told me he didn’t like what she did and felt upset & so we won’t be returning there ever again

She was Caribbean, and her energy and vibe were absolutely amazing! She was warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we walked in. People like Cristina are exactly the kind of people you want representing an office because she truly knows how to make patients and families feel comfortable and welcomed. Even my nephew said, “I really like her!” That alone says so much about the impression she made on us. Thank you, Cristina, for making our visit such a wonderful experience.❤️
