My kids were scared when they were that young but over time at the same location they have grown comfortable. Every dentist we have seen here is knowledgeable and patient. They're able to stack my kids appointments so I can take them on my own with one after the other. My kids walked out today with shiny smiles and they are actually eager to return 😂 it's hard to come by a great dental experience and these angel dentists are creating a solid foundation for my kids health.
- NGNanci GarciaAug 13, 20261.0Had a horrible experience 😪 before going to my appt. with my 2 kids i called the insurance to make sure that my insurance would cover. I even made the appt. With the insurance person on the phone. When i got there the hygienist started to clean my kids teeth and xrays. Then they told me that somebody wanted to talk to me.. that lady told me that my insurance showed inactive and that i had to pay for the services at front. I explained to her that i had called my insurance the day before and even made the appt with them on the phone. She got up and went to tell the hygienist in front of everyone there to stop everything that she was doing because we didnt have insurance and i had to pay 190 for my kids. I had never felt so humiliated in my life!! I told her was going to call the insurance... then i went inside so that the insurance company would speak to her to ensure her that we are covered and she goes abd tells me... oh no mom you are good everything is fine..WhAt!!!! Are you kidding me??? She didnt even apologized because it was her mistake for not making sure if we were covered or not before going and humiliating me and my kids in front of everyone. Will not be back!

To truly appreciate my experience, it’s important to understand where I was coming from. Years of traumatic dental experiences left me with a deep fear of going to the dentist. I’m not exaggerating when I say they left me scared for life. Because of that fear, I avoided dental care for years, which unfortunately led to neglecting my oral health. When I first met Grace, the receptionist, her kindness and reassurance convinced me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Heller. That decision changed everything. It has now been three years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. Dr. Heller’s patience, gentle approach, and genuine compassion have completely transformed my experience with dentistry. I am truly grateful to both Dr. Heller and Grace for helping me overcome a fear I Never thought I could.
