  Very nice doctor. Office always clean Reception is very nice. Frame selection is good too but they never have my contacts in stock due to the prescription strength. Have been a client for over 25 years for regular visits/checkups and have always seen the same doctor. The ONE time I had an emergency they were unable to accommodate.

  The store itself is always clean, and appointments are always speedy. The real reason for my review is the customer service. While everyone has a different experience, I’ve had only good ones here. Chloe helped me over the phone rather easily, and was nice the whole way through. It may have been simple, but it was good service. Anybody looking for a place to shop for nice glasses with a friendly and speedy staff should definitely stop by!

  Last year I purchased a complete pair of glasses and lenses for myself and my daughter. Although I had scratch protection, over the course of the year my glasses still developed some scratches on the lenses. I had tried visiting the store but despite the sign on the window indicating they are supposed to be open they were closed. So finally I visited the store again today and showed them my glasses, and was told by the representative that I had purchased my glasses last June and the 1 year warranty had expired and that they could not help me. Basically my warranty had expired within days and they could not provide any consideration. They are completely within their right to do this. However, I had purchased glasses in the past from Costco as well as Lens Crafters, and I have to say the customer service at both those merchants is so far above and beyond anything I have seen at Pearl Vision. I even had an instance where the nose pad had fallen off on a pair of glasses that I did not even purchase at Lens Crafters, where the customer service rep provided me with a new one and wouldn't even accept payment. Right after I left Pearl Vision, I drove to Lens Crafters and ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from them. I had intended to purchase those sunglasses at Pearl Vision but after the relatively inferior customer service I did not. You don't realize it until you need it, but that unconditional customer service provided by Lens Crafters and Costco is invaluable. You can purchase your glasses with confidence at these merchants because you know that whatever may go wrong they will stand behind their product and please you. Unfortunately that is not the mindset at Pearl Vision.

  I absolutely love this office! The drs & staff are very friendly & accommodating! My family of 4 is in & out in under 1 1/2 hrs. They run such an efficient office & there is never a wait. I really like supporting my local eye dr too. I highly recommend them!
