I had a great experience with Salman at LensCrafters! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful while helping me pick out my new glasses. I swear I tried on about 100 pairs lol and he never made me feel rushed or pressured.
He made sure everything with my prescription and transitions lenses was perfect. He made the whole experience easy, fun, and completely stress-free. I'm even thinking about switching from nursing to being an optician lol
Thank you, Salman, for being so kind, patient, and attentive. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Sal! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy with everything. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had the best experience possible.
Customer service like this is hard to come by, and Sal absolutely deserves recognition for it. He made the entire process so easy and enjoyable and is a huge asset to LensCrafters. I would definitely recommend asking for Sal if you visit thank you again for going above and beyond!

I’ve been getting my prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses at the LensCrafters at Freehold Raceway Mall for 30 years. I have often been very satisfied and happy with them. However this last visit with a new prescription I was lucky to have Salman take care of my new eyeglasses. I was very impressed, he told me about various plans I could use that would save me a lot of money. He explained everything very clearly and I am happy I ordered two pairs. My only gripe is that it’s taken longer to receive the finished specs than it used to- they say upto 10 business days but earlier I’ve often got them in 4-5 days. But I still feel 5stars is appropriate I was very satisfied with the experience again, and really impressed with Salman, who took a lot of time to help me and explained everything clearly so I would get my perfect pair of spectacles!

Jonathan and Kapila were extremely kind, professional and very helpful when it came to choosing the right frames for me. Jonathan helped choose the style while Kapila explained how to properly use progressive lenses since it was new to me. Great team at LensCrafters! (Best wishes to Jonathan. Enjoy the time with your new baby! It goes fast.)
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
