I swear I tried on about 100 pairs lol and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He made sure everything with my prescription and transitions lenses was perfect. He made the whole experience easy, fun, and completely stress-free. I'm even thinking about switching from nursing to being an optician lol Thank you, Salman, for being so kind, patient, and attentive. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I have often been very satisfied and happy with them. However this last visit with a new prescription I was lucky to have Salman take care of my new eyeglasses. I was very impressed, he told me about various plans I could use that would save me a lot of money. He explained everything very clearly and I am happy I ordered two pairs. My only gripe is that it’s taken longer to receive the finished specs than it used to- they say upto 10 business days but earlier I’ve often got them in 4-5 days. But I still feel 5stars is appropriate I was very satisfied with the experience again, and really impressed with Salman, who took a lot of time to help me and explained everything clearly so I would get my perfect pair of spectacles!
