  Outstanding service for my outstanding Sphere Ultra hearing aids. Thanks to the fitting provided by Joanne at Mountain Lakes, NJ, the severe loss in my left ear and moderate loss in my right is fully compensated, confirmed by Dr. Shree Chakrabarty (Freehold, NJ office) when she performed an audiogram after 6 months of wearing. After struggling with my hearing for 10 years, for me, this is life altering.

  Excellent customer service & very knowledgable, wonderful staff! The appointment was for my elderly Dad who has a loss of hearing with age, Joan was wonderful & accommodating around my busy schedule. His visit was with Maria, she did his hearing test & walked us through the whole hearing aid process, she was very personable & professional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with hearing issues. Freehold location

  Dr. Shree was very helpful. She explained how the audio device worked in simple terms. Unlike others I have seen before, she was not pushy in trying to “sell me “ on the device. This made me more comfortable with my experience. She was also the first one to ask me if I wanted to test the device for a few days. I was pleased with the results of the hearing device. However, the big negative was the cost especially considering my insurance does not cover any of it. If it was less expensive, I would have bought them.
