Perhaps you should factor traffic into your commute and scheduling so you don't overbook and make patients wait multiple hours for their appointments/follow ups that YOU scheduled.

There should be no reason after providing my insurance over the phone, in person upon walk-in, and after waiting 26 minutes past my appt time that I am told my insurance is not accepted. That is something the front desk staff should have told me as soon as I provided it to them. I drove an hour to this appt and booked it almost a month in advance. I have been coming here for 20+ years and was not even provided other options once told my insurance wasn’t accepted. Do not come here if you want your time wasted.
