  While my first review was only one star, it has improved very much. An Audiologist named David Souse has turned things around very much. He has been doing things better and now I can hear better. Although the hearing aids still need more tuning to my ears and my phone, which he previously helped me with. We still have some more work to do with those problems. But I did need to try them out first. Although the place is Handicapped Accessible, their employees are not allowed to remove a wheelchair from a car. Therefore, I have to rely on my son's hectic and busy schedule to go there and get things accomplished. Thank You David for helping us out so very much! I still think they should be open at least one day on weekends which would make it easier for people who work those days t5o get the important help they need.
