- DSDavid Sherman2 days ago5.0I had my first visit with Dr. Yao and, at 6'6", he immediately reminded me of my childhood orthopedic surgeon—which sent my anxiety through the roof. I panicked and probably talked way too much. Dr. Yao was amazing. He listened, understood that I was scared of surgery, and never pushed me toward it. He simply told me to come back if I’m in pain or if things change. I left feeling reassured and very grateful for his patience and approach.

The doctor Moore was also excellent, thorough, and caring. I was especially impressed by how quickly I was attended to and how efficiently everything was handled. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent care and attention I received. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so positive!
- RLRalph LupoJul 11, 20265.0Dr Frank Moore diagnosed me and told me in great detail what was wrong with me and what the treatment plan would entail. Is bedside manner was impeccable. He made me feel very very important. I've been suffering from lower back pain for some time. After I got the MRI the radiologist that read my MRI report was nowhere near what Dr Moore had seen in the MRI. He explained the surgery that I need in great detail and I am confident that when the surgery is completed and I do the post therapy I will live a life again pain free and will be able to be free of walking aids and be able to go to the gym again. I also need to mention the office staff was very polite and professional and I had no wait time to see Dr Moore. I am confident I will have more great news in the future.
