- DDdana donigianJul 29, 20264.0Pilates has done so much for me both physically and mentally. I have toned up and always feel great after a workout. What I love most is the positive energy the instructors project as well as the workout variations each week. I also benefit from using the Passport level subscription which allowed me to continue to workout while I’m away (Hilton Head,SC). The only thing I wish Pilates would do is to incorporate additional CP REFORMER FLOW 2 sessions after 3:00 pm so I can workout more frequently after work. I’m a teacher so I usually go to Pilates after work during the school year. Great knowledgeable instructors too!
