- CMChander MiglaniSep 14, 20261.0I have been going to LensCrafters for over 10 years. I really liked their product, but lately it's not the same anymore. They are using the cheapest lenses and charging over $500. I just got the new Iglasses in July 2026; I was going to return the glasses, but I couldn't do so within 30 days due to some health issues. I called them and asked if they could replace them and give me better lenses. She was very rude and said If I want to replace them, I have to pay and she hung up on me. It would be a lot cheaper and better material to get them from Warby Parker or Glasses USA. Never again.

I had to wait 20 mins just for the lady to say I’ll be right with you while the other lady that’s working is on the phone repeating how the customer can take this pair of glasses to homdel to return them there. REPEATED IT 6 times that’s crazy when you have customers in store. And then turned her back to then repeat herself a little more.
