I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! The staff was incredibly attentive and took the time to help me find a style that truly suited me. Their recommendations were thoughtful and personalized, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The eye exam was thorough and professional, and I really appreciated the wide variety of stylish frames they carry—there’s something for everyone. A special thank you to Samuel, Jeannie, and Paul for their outstanding service. They truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

Paul helped me to switch the nose pads and adjusted back and forth with great patience! Switching nose pads is FREE in this store!

LensCrafters in Edgewater, NJ delivered the kind of service that makes you wonder why every store cannot operate at this level. From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely impressive. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I especially want to recognize Samuel, who was absolutely outstanding. He took incredible care of me from start to finish and made the entire process feel effortless. He was patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Samuel did not just help me pick out eyewear—he made sure I understood my options, felt confident in my choices, and left knowing I was taken care of at the highest level. In a world where good customer service feels rare, Samuel delivered something closer to optical concierge service. He is a huge asset to this location, and because of him, this was one of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time. If you are going to LensCrafters in Edgewater, Samuel is the person you want helping you.

I have been coming to this store for years, today I brought a friend to buy the Rayban metas, after he did I was going to get mine and Samuel didn’t want to assist me because they were about to close. Poor customer service, horrendous experience, if going stay away from Samuel.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
