- RRRachelJul 14, 20262.0I wasn't going to leave a poor review if I weren't continuously inundated with emails despite my attempts to remove myself, but they keep coming, so I might as well express my disappointments. This is for those interested in the free class promo. None of my criticism applies to the lovely women running the front desk. They were all just doing their jobs to sell courses but never pushy and very professional. That being said, my free class with Barbara wasn't great. No introduction, just barked orders the entire time, and no I'm not exaggerating. No charisma whatsoever. Without asking she approached me and jerked my arm or leg into the correct position without saying a thing! Bizarre is the only word that comes to mind. Maybe those who are new to studio classes would think this is the norm but I never experienced this before. This is why I am leaving a review: newcomers should know that this isn't acceptable and this location could use another instructor as the face of what's on offer. Everyone walked out quiet and awkward. I don't think a single soul signed up, which is a shame because I'm sure there are some lovely instructors here, but I can't be arsed to bet money on that, which is what signing up for classes essentially does.

The instructors are experienced and engaging. I’ve always been satisfied so far. Especially when I had to make last-minute schedule changes, they were always understanding. They are particularly helpful in this regard compared to other studios. I can say it’s my favorite Pilates studio.
