My wife and I were traveling to New Jersey when the airline lost our luggage, leaving me in a difficult situation. On a whim, I stopped into this location, and Doreen, the store manager, immediately stepped up to help. Not only did she put my mind at ease, but she went above and beyond to help me get the eyewear I needed at a very stressful time. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference. Doreen is not only an exceptional employee but also an amazing person. Pearle Vision is lucky to have her!! I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. Thank you, Doreen, for your outstanding customer service and for helping me when I needed it most!!

- GAGET LOUD! AgencyAug 25, 20261.0THEY LIE ABOUT LENS QUALITY AND LAB PRODUCTION, IF YOU USE INSURANCE THEY WILL NOT THIN OUT THE LENSES AND BLAME YOUR INSURANCE. AND THAT IS AFTER THEY HAVE A QUACK DOCTOR GIVE YOU THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION SO YOU HAVE TO GO BACK. IN FACT, WHEN I WAS THERE PICKING OUT FRAMES, A MOTHER AND SON CAME IN WITH HIS LENSES NOT THINNED OUT EITHER. THEY CHARGE YOU $500 FOR LENSES AND THEN STEAL THAT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS WHILE MAKING THE LENSES STANDARD.
