- KAKishore Arora4 days ago1.0Zero star level service. Worst front desk. First they booked appointment for contact lenses training. During visit, after a long wait they told this is not training today. On top of that they charged $55 as copay, which they did not mention anywhere. when we asked, they lied and told they had informed earlier. Then they asked to book another appointment for training for $100. So overall we just waited there for nothing and paid $55. when we asked for the report, they refused to give that as well. Never seen such a disgusting service. I do not have option to give 0 star so giving one. My daughter cried due to them and they do not have any shame and continued lying. Hope they will feel some shame if they read the reviews.
