The staff was polite, but the office had a lot chaos in their office and can’t figure out pricing and billing. I paid my co-pay when I was there then I was refunded cause they said I Didn’t need to pay the surcharge because of my insurance now they sent me a bill. I’ve tried calling multiple times leaving messages unable to get in touch with the billing department and now they sent me the collections. I’m extremely disappointed with the process.and I will not be returning to Lena crafters
