  If I could give them no star I would. The worst customer service. The optometrist that is a male is the worst guy ive ever spoken to. He made racial comments toward me and refused to release my medical records which I’m currently reporting to the state and the BBB. I would stay FAR from this place.

  I had an appointment for an eye glasses test and was charged for contacts fitting (did not even ware or have contact with me). They had me come back in, refunded me and resloved.

  The woman I talked to was very nice but I spoke to a man earlier today and he was extremely rude. I almost dread calling because I don’t want to speak to him. I understand you are busy but I also work in customer service and I would have been fired for speaking to a customer that way.

  Worst place I have ever been to, avoid if possible. Referred me to eye doctor after exam, didn't fax files as requested 2 weeks before my appointment. When I call from the doctors office they tell me it'll take 2 hours to fax over my files. No exceptions to fix their error and forced me to waste 3 hours of my time I set aside. Contacts ordered were less than I asked for, told me it was too late to use the rest of my insurance coverage for the year. When I demanded them to order or I would return everything, they then shipped my contacts to the wrong address. Dr. Glassband is ok, but the rest of the staff are completely incompetent. Ridiculous how simple things get messed up and they refuse to help.

  My daughter was fitted for contacts; this was her first time getting contacts. Very upsetting to learn from a different optometrist that her contact prescription was backwards. The lens boxes given to us were labeled incorrectly. Horrible experience.
