  Joining alpha fit club is the best workout decision I’ve made, especially at my age of 44. As busy as I am, without having to plan workouts to keep myself challenged - all I have to do is show up and work my hardest to achieve my goals of being in great shape and feeling good.

  when i came to this place, i was nothing but a silly BETA… alpha fit transformed me. it made me better, it made me stronger.. it made me ALPHA!!!! the instructor (grandmaster craig) taught me not just fitness, but life.. when i came to alpha fitness, i was a sad, lonely moid. this place made me the person i am.

  Just finished my first Alpha Fit class and what a great experience! Head Coach Lisa communicated clearly throughout, which made it so easy to follow along. I never felt lost or out of place, and from the moment I walked in I felt genuinely welcomed. Everyone was really nice. The energy was motivating from start to finish…the music was hype! I left feeling like I really pushed myself. The studio was clean and everyone wiped down their equipment after every use, which I really appreciated. I’ve been looking for a community close to home and I think I found it. Signed up after my very first class! Ample parking too, which is a bonus.

  I recently started taking classes at Alpha Fit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The workouts are challenging but adaptable for all fitness levels, which makes it a really welcoming environment whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. Bella the instructor truly makes the class stand out. They bring incredible energy, motivation, and clear guidance to every session. I always feel supported and encouraged to push myself, but never overwhelmed. They pay attention to form and technique, which makes a big difference in both results and preventing injury. Each class is well-structured, engaging, and never boring. I leave every session feeling stronger, more energized, and accomplished. If you’re looking for a fitness class that keeps you motivated and delivers real results, Alpha Fit is definitely worth it!
