  I was so scared about having my teeth extracted, but everything went absolutely perfectly! Dr. Lindsay Scoggins is an incredibly kind person and an amazing surgeon who instantly puts you at ease and performs her work at the highest level. Special thanks to the nurses for their support, attentiveness, and professional approach. The entire staff works as a seamless, well-coordinated team. Highly recommended!

  Had an excellent consultation with Dr. Scoggins. Front desk staff were friendly and I was quickly checked in and seen. I am in my 30's and pursuing orthodontia for the second time in my life. My circumstances are a little less than straightforward since I had a dental implant placed when I was 15 so I was seeking a consultation regarding whether or not it would make sense and be safe to have it re-done at some point during my return to wearing aligners or braces. Dr. Scoggins listened carefully to all of my questions, even other dental matters not necessarily related to the implant I was seeking consultation on. She answered my questions thoroughly and provided me with a lot of useful information. Highly recommend.

  They were able to Fit me in for a last minute emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth. I am very appreciative in the smooth process. They called the next day to check on me. I would recommend with no hesitation.

  Thank you to everyone at Clifton oral. My son had all his wisdom teeth removed and we couldn’t have asked for a better doctor , procedure and recovery. We are happy we decided to go there. Now his experience has opened the doors for me an my husband to remove our last wisdom teeth as well with the same doctor. Thank you Doctor El Hassan what a pleasure.

  I had a consultation for a tooth extraction and signed the standard paperwork, but I was never clearly informed—either verbally or with a detailed estimate—that certain services would not be covered by my insurance. After the appointment, I received a bill for charges I was not made aware of in advance. While the office may rely on general financial policy forms, that does not replace the responsibility to clearly explain out-of-pocket costs before services are performed. Patients deserve transparency so they can make informed decisions about their care. Being billed after the fact for undisclosed charges is not acceptable. I have attempted to address this directly with the office, but the issue remains unresolved. I would strongly recommend that future patients ask for a full breakdown of costs and insurance coverage in writing before proceeding with any services.
