  Me and my wife has been going here for about 3 years they got some new staff the old staff was ok but the new staff are awesome Kyri in particular he goes out of his way to help he's helps us numerous times with numerous things I was donating and my bandage leaked thru all over my brand new white shirt that my daughter just bought me for fathers day and he helped me get the stain out I will forever be thankful to him for that he went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it

  IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!! I am EXTREMELY disappointed and upset with my experience at this plasma donation center. It is completely unacceptable that trainees who clearly do NOT know what they are doing are allowed to perform procedures on patients with no supervision. Having to ask another staff to do what you are trained to do is outrageous. Donating plasma already involves needles and a medical procedure, so donors should be able to trust that the person treating them is properly trained and competent. Instead, I felt like I was being used as practice. The trainee appeared unsure of the process, made mistakes, and had to be corrected multiple times. That is not a reassuring experience when someone is inserting a needle into your arm. Patient safety and comfort should always come first, not cutting corners for training. People come here to help others by donating plasma—they should not have to worry about whether the person treating them knows what they're doing or not!!!!!! I did not even receive a slight apology for the way I was treated during my experience. Until this center improves its training process and prioritizes patient safety, I cannot recommend donating here ever!!!!!!!

  I honestly don't really like writing reviews. I was supposed to be a first donor today, however, the person that was supposed to get my blood out, it looked like he has never took blood to someone else before. He couldn't find my veins, and he had to ask one of the staff to look for it. Then, here comes the worse part, he puts the needle in my arm and he reached out to something in a cart that he had next to him, and then the needle poked me again. Then, my blood splashed everywhere in my arm. I'm not a type of person to complain, but he didn't even apologized. A wonderful staff wiped my arm, but that wasn't a good experience for me, therefore, I won't be returning again. The other staffs and the doctor are really sweet and caring though and that's why the rating is a 2/5.

  This place is ridiculous. It's a revolving for of employees because the company, and managers treat them like trash. I had been donating twice a week for 7 months, in that time they did extra tests twice and came back with incorrect test results. First telling me I had an STD I didn't have 26th an"extra" blood test which took 2 weeks from me being able to donate, then they forced me to go through an "annual physical" after 7 months of donating, they then take additional test blood again 2 months after the last false call and tell me that my proteins didn't pass and I have to go on and test again wait over a week for results before I can donate... now how can they test my protein the day in donating and I pass them 5 minutes later when I'm actually donating the blood you test doesn't have enough protein and you call me a week later to tell me that. This place is an absolute disgrace and I wouldn't trust them or this company based on my experience. I'm finding another alternative because getting wrong test results constantly, that make you not be able to donate because of bad results is a total joke, just like this facility and the management.
