  This place is ridiculous. It's a revolving for of employees because the company, and managers treat them like trash. I had been donating twice a week for 7 months, in that time they did extra tests twice and came back with incorrect test results. First telling me I had an STD I didn't have 26th an"extra" blood test which took 2 weeks from me being able to donate, then they forced me to go through an "annual physical" after 7 months of donating, they then take additional test blood again 2 months after the last false call and tell me that my proteins didn't pass and I have to go on and test again wait over a week for results before I can donate... now how can they test my protein the day in donating and I pass them 5 minutes later when I'm actually donating the blood you test doesn't have enough protein and you call me a week later to tell me that. This place is an absolute disgrace and I wouldn't trust them or this company based on my experience. I'm finding another alternative because getting wrong test results constantly, that make you not be able to donate because of bad results is a total joke, just like this facility and the management.

  Terrible experience today I sat In pain while techs constantly walked pass me to connect new donors instead of disconnecting me first .

  Probably just the one worker but they were extremely rude and kept threatening to defer me cause I asked if I could let someone who was already there take my referral and she said it was solicitation and I can get deferred for that mind you I haven’t even been put in any systems yet but yeah that made me feel super uncomfortable so I said “I’m just gonna stop talking to you” she said back “well you can get deferred then” like maam I’ve literally done nothing to you I asked you questions got my answer i felt uncomfortable and didn’t wanna keep talking to someone who was obviously looking for a reason to defer me the moment I walked in just really sad and messed up they hire such petty and rude people to work at a place that’s ment to help people 💔

  Do not even try calling them it’s like they don’t exist they will NEVER pick up the phone. Even worse attitudes in person
