I came in to try to find support for my knee pain and was never greeted. Two different associates looked at my husband and I never said a word to us. Very upsetting at the poor customer service. We left without ever getting help.

I took my father to The Good Feet Store today in Cherry Hill and had an awesome experience with Rebecca! She took her time and explained everything and stopped to answer questions along the way. My father has had pain with his feet for most of his life. I would highly recommend giving them a try and definitely ask for Rebecca if you go to the Cherry Hill store.

Rebecca was great ! I’m a 31 year old work from home mom who used to own tons of sneakers , heels etc. but after having my son I can no longer do any of that. Rebecca treated me so well in explaining my feet and arch etc as well as educating me on so much. Definitely was exactly what I needed . I will be back to get my supports !
