We are still waiting for her to either email my husband, that information that we requested & she also offered. We both checked out emails in front of her and told her we didn’t receive anything… She didn’t do anything about it then, and then when she gave us her business card, she said if we didn’t receive anything, we should reach out and text her… I’m thinking that was kind of part of her job, especially when we’re looking to invest about $2000 into this. We wanted to take a copy of the price information with us, to thoroughly review it and make what we felt like was our best educated decision, on which plan would work best. She told me she did not prefer me to have the price sheet in my possession, that didn’t trill us. We just wanted to take a simple screenshot. Not like we asked her to make a photocopy. We had an 11 AM appointment, we knew it was going to take approximately an hour… We were greeted and sat in our cubicle and waited for her to finish up with whatever else she was doing and our 11 AM appointment turned into 11:25 am start time. Thankfully, she began, my husband was ready to leave. But, we are looking to move forward with working with your company, once hopefully someone sends us the info from his appointment. My husband is looking forward to being situated & to have pain relief to feel so much better!
