The office underwent an extensive remodel in 2026 to update the facility, equipment, and create more space to provide high quality physical and occupational therapy for our patients. Located on the corner of Passaic Ave and Longmeadow Ln. It shares the building with West Caldwell Dental group and is across the street from the entrance to Mountain Ridge Country Club. Free parking is available behind the building with the entrance to the lot on Longmeadow Ln.
