  Went as a new patient and had a seamless experience. Checkin was quick. Waited 5 min and was taken back for my cleaning. The office was clean and everyone was exceedingly kind and professional. I was in for an exam and cleaning. I would recommend this office.

  1st Time There The Environment Was Warm, Welcoming & Inviting. I Called For An Emergency Appointment And They Accommodated Me That Afternoon Very Appreciative Of The Entire Team🥰. Looking Forward For The Doctor Fixing My Broken Took With A Root Canal🥵🤲🏾🙏🏾✨💫

  Originally, I had to wait several weeks to be seen as a new patient but they called me earlier when they had a cancellation. I was so appreciative!! When I came in everyone at the front desk was friendly, the doctor had great bedside manner, and the hygienist was amazingly patient with me being a little nervous. Overall, I had a great experience and am glad to have found a new dentist I like.

  I’m not normally a woman who complains, however the receptionists and hygienists at this office have to be tired of calling every patient to cancel. First of all I create content for insta and tik tok and such. I have 5k ppl trying to follow my recovery journey and getting my teeth fixed is a MAJOR part. I had an appointment back in, I believe April. The hygienist was fantastic! I had a great experience. The dentist said I would need a number of extractions and then two partials. They scheduled me to start my work in May. I was called the day before and told that the dentist had an “emergency” and wouldn’t be in to do my extractions. I let them know that I am in pain and that I would take the soonest appointment available, or I would take any cancelled appointment. They then schedule for June 10th. On June 8th I was called and told that the dentist would again not be in for my extractions. Disappointed isn’t even the word. When you are waiting to start such a journey, (and have thousands of people following along) you need to be able to TRUST. How do I know that even if they start my work, that it wouldn’t take two years for them to finish it? Like someone is going to take teeth from my mouth and then what if they have an “emergency” for the next 3 appointments? When I say this is a recovery journey I mean it took me years to even get my ass to the dentist because of the fear of doing all this work, so I’m NOT trying to switch doctors again and start over. I’m trying to trust the process but, in my POV: very unprofessional.
