  Came on time for an appointment and typically these take about an hour. They told me the wait was long & they are running behind as another doctor did not come in. I tried to ask if I could come back later that day or Saturday but they couldn't fit me in. Why schedule appointments if you cannot keep them? Very unprofessional, when I make my appointments, I try my best to show up on time & respect people's time but clearly that is not the case for this business.

  SCAMMERS! These guys are a JOKE! Do not go here unless you want to be lied to and scammed. These guys don’t tell you the additional services they try to sneak in and bill you for. They’re full of crap with the worst customer service possible. Sandy and her manager Mike in particular don’t know how to treat customers. I wanted a simple eye exam and these guys sneaked in random services I did not want in the paperwork at the beginning of the session. They refused to acknowledge the lack of clear communication behind the additional services and the costs. And they refused to take ownership of their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE!

  Extremely unprofessional experience from beginning to end. I specifically scheduled my appointment for a contact lens prescription exam and made clear what I was there for. An additional test was performed without my knowledge or any clear explanation beforehand, and I ended up being charged significantly more than I expected for my appointment. When I raised my concerns afterward, the way the situation was handled was honestly even worse. Management was incredibly rude, dismissive, and condescending rather than listening to my concerns and handling the situation professionally. What bothered me most was the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. I even asked for the full names of the management employees I was speaking with, and they refused to provide them. The only names I was given were Sandy and Mike. After reading other reviews, it is especially disappointing to see other customers describing similarly negative experiences with the way concerns have been handled here. I left feeling completely misled by the entire experience. The additional test was never clearly explained to me before it was performed, and I was not aware that it was being added to the exam I specifically scheduled. When I questioned the unexpected charge, my concern was dismissed rather than handled professionally. The lack of communication, transparency, accountability, and professionalism was completely unacceptable. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Pearle Vision as a brand. I will not be giving my business to this or any other Pearle Vision in the future. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your eye care.

  The vision test was quick and efficient but not happy with their billing practice. I had provided the vision plan info but they also wanted my medical insurance info for the record. Instead of billing my vision plan for routine vision test they billed Medicare for “New Patient Comprehensive Exam” when I had clearly told them that I just want the routine vision test/prescription and see an eye-doctor for medical issues. They do not reply to voice messages and email, finally got to talk to Sandra who said that the billing is legitimate and for next time to remove the Medicare info from my file.
