I came in feeling completely unsure about which glasses to choose, and Nicole made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me narrow down the many options available. Based on our conversation, she selected several frames she thought would suit me, and her recommendations were spot on. In fact, the pair I ended up loving was one I had completely overlooked on the shelf! Nicole has a fantastic personality and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly knows everything there is to know about finding the right glasses. Thanks to her expertise, I walked away with a pair that fits perfectly and looks great. We all ordered new glasses and none of us could see out of the new glasses even remotely well at all. There was no apology. We were met with some argument about how our eyes need to adjust to our new glasses. I've been wearing glasses for more than 40 years of my life I'm pretty sure I know what it's like when I get a new pair of glasses. This is the first time I've ever experienced this insanely disorienting feeling and my wife and daughter felt the same.

They had to redo the tests and get new lenses. They gave me a trial pair of contacts and I told them right away that I hated them and couldn't wear them. I was told to try them out anyway. I took the lenses off 5 minutes after they were in my eyes and my eyes were completely bloodshot, I was still in the . The doctor left without giving me my perscriptions. I was told to come back to get them... I have been wearing contact lenses for more than 20 years and I know what I wear I told him these are not what I wear I'm basically was told too bad. Awful experience.
