  Michelle was so incredible during the entire glasses process, from helping me select a pair to explaining my insurance benefits. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She seems to love getting to know the customers and we loved getting to know her. Amazing customer service experience from Michelle!

  I would absolutely recommend going to Lens Crafters and asking for Judy, the sales associate that assisted me at the store. I’ll start by explaining that I had already left a different eye glass store, because I was just so overwhelmed with the selection and the little help that I had gotten. I was already dreading going into this store because I assumed that it would be the same . I was wrong. The moment the I stepped into the store, Judy greeted me with a smile and assured me that she would be able to help me. Well she did! She was extremely patient and asked different questions to help me narrow down the selection. She had me try on different glasses to see which look and color would look best on me. I left the store with placing my order and relieved because she made it so easy. She made this experience pain free. I would absolutely recommend this store.

  I have been using lens crafters in bridgewater for many years. the doctor and the lens crafters staff member where very thorough every step of the way , the or my recent exam ,and ordering my new glasses. judy my lens crafters staff member and dr.Baptiate were exceptional

  28 July 2026 It is my pleasure to provide the highest recommendation to the LensCrafters in Bridgewater Mall. I wish there was a way to give 10 stars to this store experience! I returned to this location today to pick up my new eyeglasses. As with my previous visit, the experience I encountered was stellar. Lori Catalano, optician, greeted me enthusiastically with eye contact, a friendly smile and positive energy as I entered the store. It was clear that Lori is experienced and very knowledgeable about her craft. We exchanged friendly banter as if we had known one another previously. She asked just the right questions concerning how I felt about the fit of the new glasses and whether my vision was improved. I explained that I recently had surgery on my left eye and perhaps that was impairing my vision a bit. Lori was so kind and supportive. She told me about the guarantees that LensCrafters offers to every customer. This immediately set my mind at ease. We agreed that I would contact my ophthalmologist for a consultation and upon return share his recommendations. LensCrafters would do what was necessary, at no cost, with their 30-day guarantee. Additionally, Lori set up the replacement of my sunglass lenses into my current frames and helped me schedule my return visit. I told Lori that she, Carmela, and Alessandra the store manager were all incredible! Lori explained that all of the employees really respect and like one another. It is clear that Alessandra’s leadership is responsible for such great testimony. What a great place to work! Please go to this store if you want the best service and experience in eyewear purchasing and replacement! You will not be disappointed! 22 July 2026 My experience today was excellent! I was a bit unsure about shopping without my wife, since I value her opinion. Carmela was really great! She seemed to naturally understand exactly what would look good. Carmela was professional, very kind, intuitive, patient, and knew the products available that would fit my needs! I have used and purchased glasses for many years and this was the best experience ever. I am confident my wife will be pleased with my new glasses!
