  HomeWell has been an absolute dream to work with. My mom was discharged from the hospital on hospice and to say her discharge day was draining and chaotic would be an understatement. Carol, the live-in caregiver we were gifted through HomeWell, along with her supervisor Mallory immediately stepped into the chaos to help get my mom settled. They recognized how overwhelmed I was and helped organize things in the home so I could focus on getting her hospice care set up. They were kind, patient, and respectful to me, my mom, my brother, and their home. I was convinced my mom wouldn't last more than a week once she left the hospital. However, Carol is truly a gift from above and I firmly believe she is a huge part of why my mom's condition has improved. She has taken the time to understand my mom - what works, what doesn't, when to push and when to give space. My mom went from barely eating or being able to interact to enjoying the food Carol offers and her time with family and friends who visit. My heart no longer breaks when I see my mom - she is alert, chatty, laughs, and usually wants a sweet treat. Carol treats her with dignity, compassion, humor, and patience. She makes sure my mom is clean, comfortable, fed, and safe, not to mention spends precious time keeping her company. Mallory has also been an amazing support to our family. She regularly checks in to see how things are going, offers emotional support and education, and ensures that there is a smooth transition for my mom when a covering caretaker is needed for the rare days that Carol takes off. Caring for an older person with dementia is not easy - it is truly a work of the heart. We are so blessed that we found HomeWell, Carol, and Mallory to support us and our mom during a really tough chapter for our family.

  Nalita at HomeWell Care Services has been great! She has a sweet personality and is very professional. My mom needed a Home Health Aide that has patience and able to assist her with all her daily needs and Nalita hit it out of the park with a very caring women named Margaret. We are pleased that Margaret and my mom hit it off and are a great match. Thanks again Nalita

  This company had me come in Orientation 3 hours , waste of time . So I was offered a job , Overnights $20 hour usually it’s a differential. They said no Ok! So I showed how much I made from other agencies $25 +My experience deserves the pay and my Resume speaks for itself . Thanks for not Hiring me 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾 2 /hours PLEASE keep it . Thank you !SHEIN
