Living long distance from my mom is difficult and stressful. This 101 Mobility team, went out of their way to communicate with my mothers aide multiple times in her native language and spoke kindly and patiently with my mother. They arrived same day ensuring my mom was safe and able to use her chair. They also continued to call me with updates during the day. This company and its employees are exceptional!
