  Would like to send out a sincere thank you to the team at 101 Mobility, from Daisy and Kelly, who first assisted and scheduled to Frank who evaluated everything and of course Eddie, who installed everything as promised by Frank. The paperwork and figures, as well as the process, went according to plan, as promised by Daisy, Kelly, and Frank. Eddie was excellent, professional, efficient, thoroughly explained everything, and cleaned up everything after the installation. Can't say enough good things; most importantly, they were all genuine people, as it showed in their approach and follow-through! Thank you again! Agilio

  Our experience with 101 Mobility was excellent. Communication between the office and ourselves was professional and timely, giving exact times the salesperson and technician would arrive. Frank, the salesperson, was very personable and took all pictures and measurements at the time of the consultation should we decide to go with this company. Additional, the technician, had the stairlift installed in about an hour and half and was excellent at training use how to use it. The stairlift was installed in less than a week from the time of the consultation. I highly recommend this company should you require the services they provide.

  Not all heroes wear capes—some show up in a company van in under 90 minutes and wield a spare battery like a magic wand! 🪄⚡️ Back in 2019, 101 Mobility installed three stairlifts in my townhouse, and every single interaction with them since has been top-tier. Friendly, honest, efficient, and wildly knowledgeable. Fast forward to last night: my lift suddenly decided to take an unscheduled strike. Naturally, I called them up today, and in a record-breaking 90 minutes, their technician was knocking on my front door. Seven minutes. That’s all it took. Seven glorious minutes to swap out the battery and get me moving again! 🏃‍♀️💨 Most importantly: I can reach my bathroom again! 🎉🚽 (A detail you truly don't appreciate until it's temporarily taken away from you!) Five stars across the board for 101 Mobility! If I could give them ten stars and a medal, I absolutely would. Thank you for saving the day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The entire team at 101 Mobility were great from start to finish. The ceiling lift for my son has been a lifesaver for our family and caregivers.
