  I enjoy taking Carmen and Jasmine classes because we are always guaranteed a full body workout. There are exercises both of them have us do that I would never do on my own in a gym or other setting. Both of them sessions are always well balanced with strength, cardio, and even stretching…things I need more of that I wouldn't do without their guidance. My core is stronger, my body is leaner, and I feel better after Carmen and Jasmine sessions. I would recommend them to anyone Great studio and easily parking 😉

  The manager, Stefan was extremely helpful and professional when assisting me with canceling my membership. He communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and treated me with kindness and respect. Excellent customer service!

  Today marked my 17th visit at CP Bayonne. It was my first time meeting with the new GM, Stefan. He was on the phone but I heard how customer service and hospitality exuded through his voice. When he was off the phone, we introduced ourselves and he was helpful. He explained the membership options with prices in depth. Overall, Stefan is better suited for CP Bayonne. The previous manager was unfriendly, dismissive, and inconsistent. He created a welcoming environment.

  I've been attending this studio since December, and while it's a nice studio with some great instructors, the ongoing inconsistencies and frustrations ultimately led me to cancel my membership. One recurring issue was the frequent class cancellations. I understand that things happen and instructors occasionally need coverage, but the frequency became frustrating, especially considering the premium price point of an unlimited membership. What was even more concerning was a class that remained on the schedule for an extended period despite apparently not having an instructor assigned to teach it. This resulted in members showing up to a locked studio. This happened to me twice. When I brought it up, the previous manager explained that they hadn't realized the class time was incorrectly listed on the schedule. Given that this happened multiple times, it's difficult to understand how it didn't raise any red flags sooner. The solution offered was class credits, but credits don't provide much value when you're already paying for an unlimited membership. The final straw was the cancellation process itself. On April 22, I emailed to cancel my membership and provided a 30-day notice with the intention that my membership would not renew in June. I received confirmation on April 28 that my request had been received. Fast forward to today, and I woke up to another membership charge. I've spent the day trying to get in contact with someone, but as both a former and current member know, the front desk is often staffed at inconsistent times, making communication difficult. Also, don't let some of these reviews fool you. Not too long ago, this studio's reviews were significantly lower and reflected many of the same concerns regarding management and operations. Overall, the studio itself is nice, but the lack of consistency, communication issues, and administrative problems made it impossible for me to justify continuing my membership.
