  I joined alpha in March when I moved back into Bayonne. With very little gyms left here in town I decided to try out Alpha. I’ve never really did a group fitness always just the regular gym. I have to say I’m hooked. Great Community! Wonderful coaches and the vibes are Immaculate.! JOIN!!

  let’s just start by saying walking in and the warm welcome felt really great! this is a structure environment but with structure you will have someone wall you through it and you have the people in the group help you along the way. i will be taking my next class next week and i’ll have a much better and detailed review…

Thank you for providing me and my wife with excellent customer service and pushing both of us to unimaginable fitness heights we’ve never reached in the past as evidenced by incredible fitness goals that we truly are seeing!   AFC Bayonne’s community is the epitome of “wolf pack energy”. From the coaches to class energy to the members, I feel supported and a sense of belonging. I’ve been to many fitness clubs and boutique gyms, but at AFC, I absolutely love the class structure, equipment, and that coaches focus on good form. Classes and week cycles are a blend of strength training and conditioning. Depending on your fitness level, you can adjust to your levels, but feel accountable with the community’s positive drive and push to see you grow.
