  My elderly elderly father was due back at home within days after two weeks in the hospital following surgery. I reached out to the Home Instead folks, who immediately said they could be there as soon as he got home. It's been months now that Home Instead care pros have been helping my father, and I couldn't have asked for more. They're professional, caring, compassionate, and at ease with the care he needs. They not only help him with his day-to-day activities and needs, but just as important is the companionship they bring, which has helped him as much as any other aspect of the care. At the same time, the organization has been terrific to deal with. They've answered my questions, kept me in tune with what the care pros are seeing, alerted me to concerns they have, and been adaptable and accommodating to changes we request. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Instead, and feel extraordinarily fortunate to have them in my father's home during this important time for him.

  Home Instead has allowed my parents to stay in their own home comfortably and safely far into their 90's. Lisa F. in particular has been an absolute godsend, and we couldn't ask for better.   I cannot say enough good things about Lakeside Senior Care, dba Home Instead and our experience supporting our parents at this vulnerable time, honestly, for all of us. Every person we have worked with has had our parents' best interest and quality care as their first priority, especially supporting the delicate transition to needing this support. Caregiver Stacey has gone above and beyond. She has taken the best physical care of our parent's needs in every area, including nutrition, hygiene and living conditions. But, most importantly, Stacey has gently, with the utmost care, compassion, and respect, cared for mom and dad's emotional and mental needs as they transition to this stage of their journey. We, as a family are very grateful and feel completely supported and guided as we figure it all out as well. We highly recommend this agency and the wonderful people that have supported us all through this new stage of life.

  My experience with Home instead has been a great relief. I have high standards for the care of my elderly Dad because I love him so much. I felt like no one can take care of him like me but then I met the owners and staff at Home Instead. Everyone I met was caring, respectful, and competent which gave me confidence that my father was going to stay in his home for as long as possible. Thank you Home Instead for being there.
