  As a business owner it's the staff that can make or break a customers opinion on a business. Chris is someone who is attentive to the customer, knowledgeable and relatable. It's easy to see when a employee is going thru the motions versus putting a great effort in. The store is solid overall and this employee impressed me with his knowledge and concern for my needs when I went in the store.

  Forget Google—just ask Chris at GNC. 😂 This guy is basically the human version of the supplement encyclopedia. He’s friendly, hilarious, incredibly knowledgeable, and somehow makes shopping for what you need entertaining. He never pressures you into buying anything and actually takes the time to explain what works and why. Seriously, if GNC isn’t paying this guy extra, they should be. Protect Chris at all costs! ❤️🙏

  I had such a great experience at GNC in Lebanon, NH and I have to give a huge shout-out to Chris! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and made recommendations based on my goals rather than trying to make a sale. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and receive honest, knowledgeable guidance, I highly recommend stopping by GNC in Lebanon, NH and asking for Chris.   As a woman in my 40s, knowledge and trust are everything when it comes to supplements. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to help, and someone you can truly trust. He takes the time to answer questions without any pressure. Highly recommend asking for Chris!

  Terrible employees. First time I went to the store I couldn’t get the associate’s attention because he was too busy chatting with his friend bragging about all the girls he slept with in college and how much weed he used to sell. Today I went to purchase a product I bought there not even two months ago. It wasn’t in stock, so I inquired about why, and the associate told me “Nah we’ve never made that. Never sold the 32g isopure protein water. Not in my one year of working here we never sold that I promise you on everything.” I have that product in my fridge (I included a picture). If I need anything from GNC in the future I’ll buy online. Don’t go here.
