  I came into the Seabrook, New Hampshire good feet store not knowing what I was walking into. Courtney made the whole experience, very easy and informative without being pushy, which is always appreciated. It felt like it was about me feeling better instead of money coming into the store.

  Mary in the Seabrook NH store was amazing. I brought my elderly mother to learn more about the products and offerings that the Good Feet Store had to offer. My mom is 90 years old and suffers from severe bunions. She has prescription orthodic shoes, but wanted an alternative for gardening and other things she enjoys without compromising the expensive hand made leather podiatrist issued footwear. We did not have an appointment, yet Mary was so welcoming and attentive to my mom’s needs. She bonded with us by being just herself. She truly had my mom’s best interest at heart and was so patient. Mary did not want to go against the podiatrist’s medical diagnosis for prescription shoes. We discussed options at length. The store didn’t have shoes in stock that were small enough to give my mom a good fit to determine if the orthotics would be beneficial or worth the cost. Ultimately, my mom purchased sneakers elsewhere and we went back to see if she liked the fit of the orthotics. Mary did not try to push any additional options that she didn’t feel would benefit my mom. My mom did purchase a suggested product and is slowly wearing them a half hour a day to see if they will give her the stability she needs to do the things she loves without ruining her orthotic shoes. I have the out most appreciation for the care and patience Mary gave to my mom. As a side note, I also asked for a fitting and purchased the full 3 set program. Bunions are hereditary and I’ve had 3 very painful surgeries on both feet, 7 screws and pins only for the bunions to return. It’s only been a few days, but I do know that if I had worn my orthotics in my teens I would not have had the issues I have in my 50s. I was able to use my HSA employer sponsored account to fund the purchase. I look forward to relief from further bone deformities and what seemed like eminent future surgeries. Thank you Mary, you are phenomenal!

  Made a trip to the Good Feet so my partner could try & resolve her foot problems. Andrea asked many questions to fully understand the concerns. Andrea made an imprint of her feet which showed the arches & pressure points. Seeing the print made sense as to why she had pain walking. She was fitted with orthotics for her specific needs & instantly could feel the difference. I too was impressed with Andrea's abilty to help that I too decided to get orthotics. Go to the Good Feet Store, you won't be sorry you did. Andrea was A-maz-ing! Wendy and Debbie

  I had an excellent experience at The Good Feet Store booth at the home fair thanks to their outstanding employee AMRA . From the moment I stopped by she was so welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and helped me find the best solution for my foot pain and comfort. I never felt rushed or pressured—just truly cared for as a customer. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this exceptional these days. I highly recommend visiting and asking for their help if you want someone who truly goes above and beyond!
