  Team investigated thoroughly why my glasses did not work for me and determined there was a clear problem that they were going to fix immediately. Bravo to their coming up w a solution that should work.

  I've been a Warby Parker fan for over a decade now because I love their affordable styles, ease of purchasing, and their commitment to donating frames to those in need. Even though I'm not from NH, the experience was so good that I'd highly recommend this specific store to anyone nearby. The staff here is truly wonderful--all three male reps working were incredibly helpful and attentive from the second I walked through the door. I stopped in to donate some old frames, and they made the process so easy, even letting me know exactly which nonprofit cause the glasses would be supporting. While I was there, I asked if they could tighten the frames I was currently wearing since they had gotten a bit loose. The rep who helped me was so delicate and attentive; he meticulously checked the fit from every angle--sides, front, and tilt--to make sure they were perfect. He even went above and beyond by cleaning off a stubborn film on the bottom and repositioning a lens that was starting to slip. That kind of attention to detail is rare! I wish I had grabbed their names, but they were all fantastic. Highly recommend getting your glasses there!

  Just ordered my first pair of glasses from Warby Parker. The store was well stocked, very organized by type, size etc. Lots of choices to choose from and no high pressure upsell. Great staff!

  My first time shopping at Warby Parker. I loved the huge selection of frames. The staff ( Derek) was very helpful and friendly. I was indecisive about which frame to choose from. Derek helped me make my final decision. He submitted a claim to my insurance for me so that I didn’t have to do it myself. I would recommend you try this place out.

  The glasses I purchased this month were awesome ! Size, fit and prescription were right on. I paid full price as my insurance allotment were used. BUT, I would never order from them again because of the glare protection that automatically comes with every pair. I said I didn’t want it, and could not get them without it! So sad because their selection of glasses is unparalleled! The constant multiple times a day your de- fogging the fog off your glasses is insane!!
