My daughter loves the family pool and the water slide! I love the classes, especially Caribbean Rhythm. My husband loves the machines and the weights and staff takes into consideration his ideas and thoughts about new equipment that would better the gym. My daughter is also obsessed with the Mudslide smoothie!
- SHSokha HartyMay 8, 20265.0This is the best family-friendly gym around! The Kidz Corner makes it easy to get a workout in and the facility is looking great with all the new equipments. Plus, having a rock wall is a cool bonus for the kids! Great atmosphere and very well- maintained!

They have very good instructors for all the group classes. The pools are also very nice and clean, I would recommend the Salem Workout.

Gym looks so much better now, not giving 5 stars yet just because I think they can improve on the treadmills especially! Kind/friendly staff however EVERYTHING IS SUPER OUTDATED! When I went in for the first time I had seen that things seemed a bit used, but I had not realized the extent of how bad it is. What disgusts me most is the showers/locker rooms condition! I feel very discouraged coming here and unfortunately it’s just a waste of my money!
